Based on programs complexity ,average 1:12 Supervisor to agent ratio ,1QC for every 10 CSEs, 1:15 Team Leader to Agent 1:30 Manager to CSEs
Workforce Management :
Analyze call distribution by time of the day/ Day of the week/month to determine staffing levels.
Maximum Utilization :
Flexible staffing to Maximize agent utilization and productivity without compromising quality of contact with the customer or Production .
